Days at Fontwell is a charming Grade II listed 18th Century Farmhouse restored during 2011/2012 and on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Within its flint walled courtyard are two converted stables, each offering one bedroom, self-catering holiday accommodation.
The accommodation is comfortable and well appointed, an ideal base for visiting nearby Goodwood with its racecourse and popular events such as The Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival.
Fontwell Park Racecourse is only across the road and the properties are adjacent to The National Trust Slindon Woods. The area is ideal for pleasant walks and cycling.
The historic town of Arundel is only four miles to the east and the rural city of Chichester and county town of West Sussex with its imposing cathedral is six miles to the west. The coast is only six miles to the south.
Whatever you plan to
do on your stay, Days at Fontwell can offer comfortable accommodation
and hospitality from the hosts, Ray and Cathy.
